Solution Consultant Process/Digital Transformation and APC

Job Description

DX Solution Consultant is responsible to provide solution recommendation and solution material generation in pre-sales activities. This include Process, OT/IT architecture, APC, DCS, cloud architecture include analytic.

Ideally He/She has to understand the design requirement, OT/IT cloud architecture for Azure and AWS, solution value, business value and presented on such away to impress the user of Yokogawa DX value.

Experience Level: 12 - 17 Years

Duties

• Develop end to end architecture diagram from Lv 1 instrumentation up to Lv4 cloud
• Propose solution idea to be cost effective to Yokogawa and value to customer
• Develop and Present the solution and provide recommendation to customer pain point
• Work with cross function DX engineering team on the detail to get input and suggestion on the detail technical related
• Translate the technical information from DX Engineering team into solution language and architecture diagram for better presentation to customer
• Develop and participate workshop and provide solution insight from DX perspective
• Develop cost estimate for the proposed solution
• Promote DX capability and influence regional sales to maximize of DX Engineering usage

Essential Skill

• Key core knowledge is OT/IT Data Integration
• Deep knowledge on OT process especially Smart Manufacturing, Energy and Water Management
• Deep knowledge on MES and the integration with OT as well as IT business system such as SAP, SalesForce, etc
• Presentation skill and able to articulate business value and influencing user
• Deep knowledge on Azure solution architecture and AWS solution architecture
• Deep knowledge on OT/IT data integration and data management (big data)
• Deep knowledge on Analytic architecture and modeling
• Deep knowledge on Front End and Back End software life cycle
• Knowledge with Drone and Robotic and cloud connectivity
• Knowledge with advance analytic
• Understand IT knowledge and OT knowledge so that able to summaries the conversation between IT Engineer and OT Engineer
• Strong commercial and business sense
• Understand SaaS business model is advantage

Training and Certification

• TOGAF is preferred
