What would you do? As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be a part of the Solution Innovation team and will join Sales and Opportunity teams to understand client expectations, assess market & industry dynamics, design Client solutions which will leverage the best of Accenture offerings & assets to shape value enabled outcome based deals. Ability to have a seat at the table with the client. Ability to shape a C-level value proposal including the latest and the greatest of Accenture, highly differentiative and compelling proposal fitting to client expectations and addressing client challenged. Ability to drive true solution differentiation through automation, analytics, liquid, cloud, technology stack, As a Service, etc. Ability to define indicative Business Case at early stage of the Sales process with minimal data and guidance. Ability to understand the competitive landscape and how the competition will position their solution vs Accenture. Ability to confidently articulate the future of Operations and the journey roadmap for the strategy. Think out of the box / Forward Thinking Move out of its comfort zone to try new things and drive innovation. Ability to manage complex deal Design/ Shape a solution to address business Challenges and requirements, usually through the application of technical, business process and/or industry knowledge. Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders, drive consensus, take difficult decision when required. Can stand up and be pro-active. Domain Knowledge in customer Service/ Customer Experience, Front Office Transformation, Cenceptual Knowledge of Analytics. Understanding of Contact center , Technology Solutions/ Platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities: SA has a seat at the table of our Clients. Knows the BPO market and competition and can build differentiated solutions. Understands our vision for Operations and can integrate full spectrum of assets into Solutions. Can confidently articulate the future of Service Operations and the journey roadmap for the strategy. Can build a Client journey from As-Is to To-be , and the Operations model of the Future. Can understand the competitive landscape and know how the competition will position their solution vs Accentur. The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments. He / She will manage & monitor the opportunity pipeline, understand the priorities, provide reporting to his management, manage demand & supply. He / She will need to build strong network within Sales & Account team. He / She will execute Accenture strategy by driving innovation and rotating our business to the New. He / She will drive innovation into Customer Service/ Operations domain shifting the client from traditional CX to Digital CX Transformation. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
