Solution Architecture

Primary Responsibilities:

• Integrated Solution Design: Own end-to-end technical architecture for multi-million dollar deals.
• Cross-Tower Leadership: Weave together Cloud, AI, IoT, Analytics, Security, and App Engineering into cohesive, large-scale digital solutions.
• Pre-Sales and Client Advisory: Act as a trusted technical advisor to C-level clients, articulating business value and leading solutioning for bids/RFPs.
• Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices.

Primary Skills:

• 15-20+ Years overall experience; atleast 5+ Years in Lead/Digital Solution Architecture.
• Technical Breadth: Deep expertise across multiple digital towers (Cloud, AI/ML, IoT/Edge, Data/Analytics, Security).
• Cloud Expertise: Hands-on knowledge and expertise in at least one major Hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Executive Communication: Ability to translate complex technology into business outcomes (ROI, competitive advantage).
• Pre-Sales/Consulting Acumen: Proven track record in technical sales support, proposal leadership, and estimation

Secondary Skills:

• Enterprise Architecture Certification (e.g., TOGAF).
• Cloud Architecture Certification (e.g., AWS Professional, Azure Expert).
• Experience with Digital Twin and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, functional safety).
• Team Leadership/Mentorship of other architects.

Domain Skills- Deep domain expertise in at least one of the following: Automotive/ Industrial Products/ Plant Engineering Understanding of industry-specific digital use cases (e.g., connected vehicles, predictive maintenance, digital manufacturing).
