Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 10+) • Telecom BSS Solution architecture, Hands on in desgning architecture for complex projects , JIRA , Agile , Tmforum
• Liaise with Business Analyst and business uses to get clarifications
• Participate in meetings with business users to get more details on the requirements
• Impact Analysis on BSS and other in-scope applications
• Highlight challenges/risks, if any, in implementing the requirements
• Discuss with the Design team to get more details on the external systems impact
• Prepare high level solution for the requirements
• Prepare the T Shirt sizing estimates with the support from developers and have the efforts approved
• Prepare high level design document
• Walk through the design document with all the stakeholders to get the sign-off from Customer
• Hand-over the signed design document to the developers to start the development
• Provide inputs/clarifications to developers (of the impacted in-scope systems)
• Review of test scenarios to ensure all changes are covered as part of testing
• Coordinate between business, development and testing teams in case of any gaps in the requirement /solution
