Lead Analytics Solution Architect SAP, Cloud & AI

About the Role

Lead Analytics Solution Architect to drive end-to-end analytics and AI solutions across the organization. This role bridges business needs and technology, owning solution design, delivery, and adoption across SAP, BI platforms, data engineering, and AI systems. The role will lead internal developers and coordinate with external partners while ensuring business impact and solution quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics solution delivery from requirement to rollout.
• Act as the primary interface between business, internal teams, and vendors.
• Design analytics architectures across SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, Zoho Analytics, Tableau, and Python pipelines.
• Provide functional and architectural oversight for SAP and data engineering work.
• Enable advanced analytics and GenAI use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor internal analytics developers.
• Ensure data quality, governance, performance, and adoption.
• Good understanding of cloud computing and hybrid architectures.

Candidate Specification

• 712 years of experience in analytics which could include Tableau, SAP BI, or Enterprise data roles with functional understanding of Finance, Sales, Supply Chain & Service domains.
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA data models.
• Exposure to BI tools (Zoho Analytics/Tableau), SQL, Python.
• Cloud computing Analytics experience in AWS or equivalent.
• Conceptual understanding on Gen-AI technology/ tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
