We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Solution Architects with strong foundations in Application development/maintenace/support services. Candidate must have worked in the BFSI verticals and have experience with presales & solutioning. This role will support the Pre-Sales Lead in crafting winning responses to RFPs/RFIs by combining deep domain knowledge, cloud expertise, and Generative AI/AI/ML innovations. Will play a key role in shaping technical narratives, estimating solutions, and demonstrating the value of our GenAI accelerators and toolkits to BFSI customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze RFP/RFI requirements and help design tailored GenAI-enabled solutions across ADM/AMS/ASS/CSS engagements.
- Create high-quality solution documentation including technical narratives, architecture diagrams, effort estimation, and value propositions.
- Work with Pre-Sales Lead, Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to align solutions to customer pain points and strategic goals.
- Assist in identifying and integrating GenAI capabilities into solution proposals
- Work with internal CoEs to understand our proprietary GenAI accelerators/tools and incorporate them into RFP responses.
Qualifications:
Must Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in IT services, with at least 3-5 years in BFSI and 2-3 years in pre-sales & solutioning roles.
- Working experience across application development/maintenance & support services in the BFSI domain.
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML, with at least 1 year of experience in Generative AI platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of any one or more cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), especially cloud services related to AI/ML/GenAI.
- Excellent technical documentation and presentation skills; comfortable creating content for RFPs/RFIs and customer meetings.
- Hands on experience with LLM-based tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs).
- Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks (Langgraph or CrewAI or PhiData or similar)
- Experience working on RAG pipelines, embedding models, vector databases, or cloud AI pipelines.
