• 15+ years in software/technology; 46+ years building blockchain solutions in regulated contexts (banks, FMIs, fintech).
• Knowledge of Public / Private DLT (Ethereum / Hyperledger Besu / CORDA) and standards around the same
• Experienced in Solidity proficiency with proven Smart contract build & delivery experience
• Knowledge of custody architectures : MPC/HSM, wallet policy engines
• Knowledge of asset tokenisation (fungible, non-fungible, and hybrid), stablecoin integrations
• Knowledge of Cloud-native engineering (Azure/AWS/GCP) , containers/Kubernetes , Terraform , CI/CD , secrets management, observability (Prometheus/Grafana)
• Security fundamentals (key mgmt., enclave/HSM concepts, secure enclaves) and data privacy patterns (selective disclosure, ZK concepts).

Solutions Architect

• 12+ years in technology roles, with at least 5+ years in solution architect role
• Proven experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid deployment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of microservices , API design , and container orchestration (Kubernetes ).
• Expertise in on-prem vs off-prem decisioning , including cost, compliance, and performance trade-offs.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices , CI/CD pipelines , and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform , Ansible ).
• Solid understanding of networking , security , and data management in distributed environments.
• Experience with event-driven architectures , streaming platforms , and domain-driven design .
• Knowledge of cloud-native patterns , serverless computing , and edge deployments .
• Exposure to enterprise integration frameworks and API gateways .
