Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect Microsoft Fabric with deep expertise in Data Engineering and strong GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) domain knowledge. The architect will lead the global rollout of enterprise-scale data engineering solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate closely with security and platform architects.

This role requires strong customer-facing capabilities, hands-on architectural leadership, and experience delivering data platforms in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and global rollout of Microsoft Fabricbased Data Engineering solutions

Collaborate with Fabric Architects and Security Architects to design secure, scalable, and compliant data platforms

Ensure adherence to GRC frameworks and regulatory compliance standards, including:

GDPR

CCPA

Define and govern data ingestion strategies, including:

Initial full loads and incremental/delta loads

CDC / watermark-based ingestion patterns

Architect and implement data integrations with:

Salesforce (initial and delta loads with optimized pipeline strategies)

MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and other RDBMS sources

Drive customer-facing discussions on solution design, delivery planning, and execution

Work in sync with global architect teams to support multi-region deployments

Define best practices for data security, governance, scalability, and performance
