Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Soluon Architect who can lead end-to-end soluon design and delivery across complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate must have strong experse in both frontend and backend technologies, excellent knowledge of architecture patterns, and extensive experience in client engagement and requirement gathering. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical capability and the ability to guide cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Soluon Ownership

• Own the complete solution lifecyclefrom requirement analysis, architecture design, development oversight, deployment, to delivery.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
• Design and document high-level and low-level architecture diagrams, integraon flows, and technical specifications.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership across frontend, backend, database, integraon, and cloud layers.
• Evaluate technology options and recommend best-fit architectures.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure architectural alignment and code quality.

Frontend & Backend Architecture

• Design and guide implementation of frontend architectures using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
• Architect backend services using Java/.NET/Node.js.
• Lead API design (REST, GraphQL) and microservices-based architectures.
• Ensure seamless integraon between UI, backend services, and third-party systems.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Conduct client workshops, technical discussions, requirement gathering, and solution presentations.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
• Convert business problems into technical solutions and articulate them clearly to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Project & Delivery Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams.
• Provide effort esmations, risk assessments, and solution feasibility analysis.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery and ensure solution quality and performance standards.
• Mentor technical teams and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in frontend technologies (React, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Solid experience in backend development (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python).
• Expertise in microservices architecture, API gateways, and integraon patterns.
• Strong database experience: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Cloud knowledge: AWS, Azure, or GCP architecture & services.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent knowledge of design patterns, OOP, system integraon, and security principles.

• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, Agile environments.

Preferred Qualification:

• Certificaon in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise-grade systems, large-scale applications, or digital transformation projects.
• Prior experience in pre-sales or solution consulng is an added advantage.
