About the Role

RapidData Technologies is looking for an experienced Solution Architect Java Full Stack with 10+ years of strong hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate will combine solution architecture responsibilities with deep Full Stack Java development , leading end-to-end application design and mentoring teams. Exposure to Low-Code platforms is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture and technical design for enterprise applications
• Remain hands-on across backend and frontend development
• Design and implement Java-based, microservices-driven architectures
• Lead Full Stack development using modern Java and UI technologies
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Guide teams on coding standards, architecture, and best practices
• Review code, ensure performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and delivery managers
• Support system integration, optimization, and production issues

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)

• 10+ years of hands-on Java development experience
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
• Solid experience in Microservices & REST API design
• Full Stack experience with front-end technologies such as:
• Angular / React / Vue.js
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Strong experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
• Experience with system design, design patterns, and application architecture
• Hands-on coding experience is mandatory (not a pure architect role)

Good to Have

• Exposure to Low-Code / No-Code platforms (Mendix, OutSystems, Power Apps, Appian, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) not DevOps-focused
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes (optional)
• Agile/Scrum experience

Who Should NOT Apply

• Candidates with experience only in Cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure roles
• Profiles without hands-on Full Stack Java development experience
