Solution Architect – FAO (Finance & Accounting Outsourcing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect FAO with strong expertise in solutioning, responding to RFP/RFI/RFQ, and designing end-to-end Finance & Accounting Outsourcing solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of FAO tools, technologies, and emerging AI-driven automation in finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solutioning for FAO deals across Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and FP&A.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with comprehensive technical and commercial solutions.
• Design scalable and cost-effective operating models, transition plans, and transformation roadmaps.
• Identify and propose automation and AI-led solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Transition teams during pre-sales and deal closure.
• Conduct client discussions, solution presentations, and workshops.
• Prepare effort estimations, pricing models, and resource planning.
• Work on digital transformation initiatives within FAO engagements.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of FAO processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A)
• Hands-on experience in solutioning and bid management
• Experience in responding to RFP/RFI documents
• Expertise in FAO tools such as:
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Workflow and automation tools
• RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
• Understanding of AI/ML use cases in Finance
• Strong commercial acumen and pricing knowledge

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large global FAO transformation deals
• Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools
• Exposure to GenAI use cases in finance operations
• Six Sigma / Lean certification (preferred)
