Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Solutions Architect with expertise in AI/ML infrastructure and deep experience in Kubernetes platforms to join our dynamic team. Our focus is on delivering Private Cloud AI and Enterprise AI Factory Solutions. This role is instrumental in architecting, deploying, and optimizing private cloud environments that leverage Clients co-developed solutions and validated Clients reference architectures to support enterprise-grade AI workloads at scale.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in AI infrastructure, Kubernetes orchestration platforms, and hybrid cloud environments; they will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance AI platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of AI infrastructure and private cloud solutions for enterprise customers.

Drive end-to-end solution design, implementation, and configuration for complex, large-scale environments.

Provide delivery leadershipensuring solutions are deployed on time, within scope, and aligned with client requirements.

Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, engineering teams, and leadership, to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Architect and implement Kubernetes-based container orchestration and on-premises infrastructure solutions.

Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate deployments, configurations, and operational tasks.

Provide consulting expertise by assessing customer environments, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions.

Mentor and guide technical teams in best practices, architectural standards, and modern delivery models.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong expertise in Kubernetes and on-premises infrastructure, with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale deployments.

Proven background in Professional Services (design, implementation, and configuration).

Solid experience as a Solution Architect from a delivery perspective, not limited to presales.

Strong understanding of Cloud Native Computing, including automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.

Hands-on experience with DevOps, hybrid cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and automation frameworks will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in a Solution Architect role.

Industry certifications in Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), or DevOps.

Experience in AI/ML workload infrastructure design is desirable.

Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
