We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect Atlassian Platform to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian solutions. The ideal candidate will also have exposure to proposal writing and pre-sales , enabling close collaboration with business and delivery teams.

• Design, architect, and implement scalable Atlassian solutions (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Align).
• Lead migration and upgrade projects for Jira Cloud, Data Center, and Server environments.
• Partner with delivery, sales, and proposal teams to translate client requirements into technical architecture and solution proposals.
• Develop technical documentation, solution blueprints, and architecture diagrams for RFP/RFI responses.
• Drive workflow automation using Script Runner, REST APIs, Groovy, and advanced Jira automation features.
• Ensure compliance with governance, performance, and security standards across all Atlassian instances.
• Integrate Atlassian tools with third-party platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Jira administration team.
• Conduct performance tuning, health checks, and optimization for enterprise clients.
• Support proposal and presales teams with technical solution inputs, cost estimates, and effort planning.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Align).
• Strong expertise in migration, upgrade, and automation across Jira platforms.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Hands-on experience in workflow configuration, JQL, Script Runner, REST API, and integrations.
• Familiarity with proposal or pre-sales support (creating solution write-ups, responding to RFPs) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills.
• Atlassian Certifications (Jira Administrator, Atlassian Expert, or Solution Architect) preferred.
• Comfortable working in EST hours and coordinating with global stakeholders.
