Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, working closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Solution Architecture - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and providing technical guidance - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Ensure the successful delivery of projects - Translate business problems into an appropriate solution design - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture - Strong understanding of architectural principles and best practices - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and reliable solutions - Knowledge of cloud platforms and services such as AWS or Azure - Experience with enterprise integration patterns and technologies - Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps practices and tools Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture - This position is based in Pune - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required
