Summary: The Product Owner is responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This role involves providing vision and leadership with stakeholders, including customers, developers, and marketing teams, to gather requirements and prioritize the product backlog. The Product Owner translates high-level ideas into actionable tasks, ensuring the development team delivers valuable, high-quality products on time. Additionally, the Product Owner continuously monitors product performance, gathers feedback, and drives iterative improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize the product backlog. - Translate high-level concepts into User experience Designs to enable User Evaluation. - Ensure the product development aligns with customer needs and business goals. - Monitor and analyze product performance, using feedback to drive continuous improvement. - Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including customers, developers, and marketing teams. - Make data-driven decisions to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. - Lead sprint planning and review meetings, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. - Plan and track business outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Good To Have Skills: Technical knowledge of Cloud Based Gen AI driven products - Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the solution architecture field - A collaborative and team-oriented approach is vital for success. - Experience in Product Management preferred Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture - Full time education is required
