Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap. You will work closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients, analyzing business requirements, and designing innovative solutions to meet their needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business problems and requirements. - Translate business problems into solution designs. - Create and own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap. - Provide guidance and advisory to the team. - Contribute to team decisions and collaborate with multiple teams. - Identify and provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Ensure the solution design aligns with the client's business objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. - Develop and present solution proposals to clients. - Lead the implementation and deployment of the solution. - Ensure the solution meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks. - Experience in designing and implementing complex solutions. - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services. - Experience with integration technologies and patterns. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Experience in working with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders. - Solid grasp of project management principles. - Experience in conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis. - Knowledge of security and compliance requirements. - Experience in evaluating and selecting technology solutions. - Ability to analyze and solve complex problems. - Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
