Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case. Your typical day will involve analyzing client requirements, designing and presenting solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and present innovative solutions to clients based on their requirements. - Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions. - Ensure the successful implementation of solutions by coordinating with cross-functional teams. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide expert guidance and recommendations. - Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance the technical skills of team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions. - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services. - Hands-on experience with solution design and development tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with solution architecture in [GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS]. - Solid grasp of data management and integration techniques. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
