Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap. You will work closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients, analyzing business requirements, and designing innovative solutions to meet their needs. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring the successful implementation of the solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the solution design process and ensure alignment with business requirements - Develop and maintain the solution architecture and roadmap - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements - Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the solution - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies - Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to the solution - Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with architectural standards - Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Technologies - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and reliable solutions - Knowledge of various integration patterns and technologies - Familiarity with security and compliance requirements - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective communication and presentation skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture - This position is based in Noida - A BE MBA is required
