Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, working closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and develop scalable and efficient solution architectures. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Ensure the alignment of solutions with business goals and objectives. - Conduct regular reviews and assessments of solution designs to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks. - Experience in designing and implementing complex solutions. - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services. - Experience with integration technologies and patterns. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with solution architecture in the [JOB FAMILY GROUP] domain. - Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - This position is based in Noida. - A 15 years full time education is required.
