Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for owning the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, working closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and designing solutions that meet client needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of solutions that meet client needs, leveraging your expertise in solution architecture. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet client needs. - Translate business problems into appropriate solution designs, ensuring that solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality solutions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in solution architecture, and apply this knowledge to improve the quality and effectiveness of solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in solution architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience with providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
