Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap. You will work closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients, analyzing business requirements, and designing innovative solutions to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance to the development team and ensuring the successful implementation of the solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the solution design process and ensure alignment with business requirements. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business problems and translate them into solution designs. - Develop and maintain the overall solution blueprint and roadmap. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to the solution design. - Ensure the successful implementation of the solution within the defined timeline and budget. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies. - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions. - Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in solution architecture. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
