Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, working closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the solution design and architecture efforts for projects. - Define and document the technical requirements and specifications. - Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to meet business needs. - Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the solution architecture. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of system design principles and software development methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance solutions. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Hands-on experience with enterprise integration patterns and technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps practices and tools. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
