Must have skills : HR, Talent Strategy and Recruiting Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Location : Bangalore Summary: The Market Client HR Solutions lead will play a key role in solutioning the deal from an HR & talent standpoint. They will partner with diverse stakeholders and multiple functions like extended Sales & Solutions team, Client Account Leads, Market HR Leads, T&O, LKM and other functions to create winning solutions for the market they support. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the Client HR Solutions team for a market/ markets within ATCI Own end-to-end talent solutions throughout the pursuit lifecycle across various deal types like, Outsourcing, Build-Operate-Transfer/Acquire, Rebadge/rehire. Understand the client requirements, challenges, business objectives and collaborate with Solution architects, recruiting, Corp services, HR, T&O, AIOC etc. to build innovative tailored solutions and proposal that positions Accentures capabilities. Lead and/or participate in orals / client workshops as Talent & HR Solutioning lead to further define requirements and advise solutions Enable successful solutions especially working closely with GCC clients. Meet goals of profitable growth, high conversion and winning more. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technology, function, or platform Experience in developing differentiated and deliverable solutions Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into solutions Collaboration and teamwork skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years in HR, Talent Strategy and Recruiting A 15 years full time education is required.
