Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for owning the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, working closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and designing solutions that meet client needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of complex solutions that meet client needs, leveraging your expertise in solution architecture. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet client needs. - Translate business problems into appropriate solution designs, ensuring that solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring that solutions are designed and developed in accordance with best practices and industry standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in solution architecture and planning, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in solution architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with designing and developing complex solutions that meet client needs. - Experience with providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams. - Solid grasp of security and compliance requirements for enterprise solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in solution architecture. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
