Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap. You will work closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients, analyzing business requirements, and designing innovative solutions to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance to the development team and ensuring the successful implementation of the solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the solution design process and provide technical guidance to the development team - Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into a solution design - Ensure the solution aligns with industry best practices and meets the client's needs - Minimum 12 years in Client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements for Data/Analytics and Artificial Intelligence from RFP/tender documents into a tech solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. - Is a key member of the deal pursuit team and should be proficient in articulating value proposition in responses and orals Expected to originate and help in deal closure. - Acts as a key member of the deal/sales team to represent the technology solution offering. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the solution architecture field - Data migration on cloud capabilities, Data on Cloud, Data Strategy; Data Governance; Data Veracity; Data Quality; AI - Data Warehousing/ BigData/ETL/ BI Reporting - Artificial Intelligence; Machine Learning? - Excellent client relationship management skills at the mid executive level - Extensive client service management skills - Good people management skills - Excellent communication, presentation, written and interpersonal skills Develop winnable and profitable solution proposals meeting client? Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture - University degree is a must, preferably MBA from leading institutes
