Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case. Your typical day will involve analyzing client requirements, designing and presenting solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements and design innovative solutions. - Develop and present solution proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs and business objectives. - Lead and manage the implementation of solutions, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring the quality and integrity of the solutions. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to enhance the solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of technology, function, or platform related to the solution. - Experience in translating client requirements into deliverable solutions. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and make informed decisions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with solution design and architecture. - Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in solution architecture. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
