Solution Architect & Presales Lead - Manufacturing Operation Management (MOM)/ Manufacturing Execution System (MES)Job ResponsibilitiesSupport sales cycle while demonstrating a deep understanding of industry/customer needs and MOM/MES value proposition.Define, describe the technical, functional, and commercial solution context, transform customer RFP/ RFI requirements into specific solution architecture & design.Defend and present our proposal, Technical and functional solutions in front of all levels of customer stakeholders - Manufacturing/Business Director/architects, Enterprise architect, CXOCollaborate with various geography portfolio and segment team to support selling smart factory /MES/MOM offering to target accounts.Lead the short-term strategic CONSULTING projects in MOM and MES areas.Analyze strength and weakness against competitors in target industries.Work with product vendor to define solution and mature the practices.Support and defend industry analyst audit and requirements.Produce reusable quality content related to proposal and capability presentations.Skill Set and Experience10 to 15 years of experience in field of Manufacturing Execution system/ Manufacturing operation management in discrete industries (Auto / Aero / complex or hybrid manufacturing)Minimum 5 years in presales and solutioning Manufacturing Execution system, Manufacturing operation managementMinimum 2 years of experience in leading the presales activities for MES/MOM practice.Must have end to end MES/MOM implementation including Machine connectivity, ERP and other system connectivity experience for large multi-sites, multi geography, multi business process / modules (Planning & Scheduling, Production, Quality, warehouse, Manufacturing intelligence)Experience of end-to-end implementation of any one or two MES/MOM products like DS Apriso, SAP ME/DMC or Siemens OpsCenter -DiscreteWell versed with international Standard like MESA, ISA 95Must have Manufacturing consulting experience.Must have Business orientation and consulting mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication skill in EnglishLocation: Pune or MumbaiQualification: Bachelor of Engineering or Technology, Desirable Master of Technology or MBA (master’s in business administration)Note: This position has no direct reports or people management responsibility but has the responsibility bring together the virtual team of Smart Factory
