Overview We are seeking a high-precision SolidCAM Engineer with 4+ years of experience to lead our CNC programming and process optimization. You will bridge the gap between design and production, transforming complex 3D models into efficient, high-speed machining strategies.

Core Responsibilities

• CAM Programming: Develop and simulate advanced CNC programs for multi-axis milling and turning, specializing in iMachining and HSM pathways.
• Process Strategy: Analyze engineering drawings to determine optimal sequencing, work-holding/fixturing, and tooling selection.
• Shop Floor Prove-Out: Take ownership of the "First-Off" process, troubleshooting real-time machining issues (chatter, tolerances, finish) to ensure production readiness.
• Cycle Time Optimization: Continuously refine feeds, speeds, and tool paths to reduce cycle times and maximize tool life.
• Technical Documentation: Generate and maintain precise setup sheets, tool lists, and program version controls.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on SolidCAM programming.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of iMachining, tool geometry, and material science.
• Communication: Proven ability to collaborate with both Design Engineers and CNC Operators.
