Strong knowledge and experience of supporting Solarwinds environment

Primary Skills

1. Experience in the operations, management, support and administration of Solarwinds for Network monitoring including server and application.
2. Experience with best practices for network monitoring including infrastructure and application
3. Experience in SQL and SWQL.
4. Experience in monitoring network devices and network performance
5. Experience on SolarWinds upgrades and understanding of HA.
6. Experience in creating Modern dashboards
7. Good understanding of network environmental elements such VLANs, VPN, Protocols, routing, IP address schemes, bandwidth, network devices, etc.
8. Good understanding of operating systems such Unix/Linux and Windows
9. Good documentation skills
10. Basic skills on project planning and management
11. Excellent communication skills and customer relationship
12. Experience with other monitoring tools preferably network
13. Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
