Were Hiring: Sales- State head C&I & Residential (Telangana)

Location: Hyderabad + Key Districts, Telangana

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive/Manager for Commercial, Industrial & Residential segments, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing channels, and achieving sales targets within your territory.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Generate and convert leads across C&I and residential segments
  • Conduct site assessments, feasibility checks, and customer presentations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and handle commercial negotiations
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
  • Update CRM regularly and maintain accurate forecasts

Market & Channel Development

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, dealers, EPCs
  • Build relationships with builders, industries, facility managers & residential societies
  • Conduct marketing events, roadshows, and partner training sessions

Customer Relationship Management

  • Engage with CXOs, procurement heads, facility managers, and homeowners
  • Provide strong pre- and post-sales support
  • Drive customer satisfaction, repeat orders, and referrals

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, finance & service teams
  • Submit MIS reports and track competitor activity
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies

What Were Looking For

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2B/C&I/residential sales solar, electrical, HVAC, real estate, security systems, appliances, etc., preferred
  • Ability to independently manage field sales
  • Understanding of Telanganas market dynamics
  • Good proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (Engineering/Business preferred)
  • MBA is a plus
  • 28 years of sales experience (role seniority will vary accordingly)
