Location: Hyderabad + Key Districts, Telangana

Role Overview
As a Sales Executive/Manager for Commercial, Industrial & Residential segments, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing channels, and achieving sales targets within your territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate and convert leads across C&I and residential segments
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility checks, and customer presentations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and handle commercial negotiations
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
- Update CRM regularly and maintain accurate forecasts
Market & Channel Development
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, dealers, EPCs
- Build relationships with builders, industries, facility managers & residential societies
- Conduct marketing events, roadshows, and partner training sessions
Customer Relationship Management
- Engage with CXOs, procurement heads, facility managers, and homeowners
- Provide strong pre- and post-sales support
- Drive customer satisfaction, repeat orders, and referrals
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, finance & service teams
- Submit MIS reports and track competitor activity
- Ensure full compliance with company policies
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B/C&I/residential sales solar, electrical, HVAC, real estate, security systems, appliances, etc., preferred
- Ability to independently manage field sales
- Understanding of Telanganas market dynamics
- Good proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (Engineering/Business preferred)
- MBA is a plus
- 28 years of sales experience (role seniority will vary accordingly)
