Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold walk-ins and referral follow-ups clients across Meerut and surrounding districts
• Conduct site visit and collect data.
• Attend local MSME association meets, trade fairs, and business networking events
• Coordinate with the team.
• Conduct detailed site surveys: measure roof dimensions, assess structure type, identify shading objects.
• Manage net metering applications and liaising for Meerut region projects.
• Supervise subcontractors and electricians on active sites and ensure work follows the approved design and safety norms
• Coordinate material delivery from vendors to project sites and track delivery timelines
• Support commissioning and handover documentation for completed projects
• Update CRM and details as required.
• Track your own pipeline from first visit through to closure
• Flag client escalations or project delays

Requirements

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, or strong equivalent field experience
• 13 years in any combination of solar field sales, electrical contracting, industrial product sales, or site coordination
• Local to Meerut or surrounding districts familiarity with the belt is a strong advantage
• Fluent Hindi speaker; comfortable dealing with factory owners and government officials
• Able to read a basic electricity bill and explain solar savings clearly to a prospect
• Prior exposure to DISCOM or UPNEDA applications preferred; willingness to learn is mandatory
• Basic smartphone skills: WhatsApp, Google Maps, photo documentation, Google Forms
• Own laptop mandatory; used for CRM, proposals, and coordination work
• Own two-wheeler with valid licence mandatory for field travel
