Job Description:
As a Software Testing Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions, mentoring students, and guiding them through hands-on projects to prepare them for successful careers in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Manual Testing, Test Automation, API Testing, DevOps in Testing, and AI in Testing.
- Guide students through real-world scenarios and practical exercises, helping them master various tools and techniques.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and projects.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to students during and after the training program.
- Conduct mock interviews and group discussions to help students prepare for industry job roles.
- Support students with project-based learning and ensure they complete their final projects with industry-relevant standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge in Manual Testing, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, API Testing (Postman, Rest Assured), DevOps Tools (Git, Jenkins), and AI in Testing.
- 2+ years of experience in Software Testing, Test Automation, and DevOps.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in delivering training in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Ability to guide and mentor students in hands-on environments and support their learning through practical projects.
- Certification in ISTQB or Selenium is preferred.
- Experience in delivering online and offline training sessions is a plus.
