Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in End-to-End Performance Testing using Neoload (UI & API). The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance engineering, including test design, scripting, execution, monitoring, and reporting for enterprise-level applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end performance testing for UI and API applications using Neoload.
• Develop performance test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
• Create and maintain Neoload scripts for web and API-based applications.
• Analyze performance metrics such as response time, throughput, and resource utilization.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Support performance benchmarking and capacity planning activities.

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in Neoload UI and API testing.
• Experience in designing and executing end-to-end performance test scenarios.
• Strong understanding of performance engineering concepts and methodologies.

Desired Skills

• Experience with LoadRunner.
• Experience with JMeter.
• Good understanding of web services and REST APIs.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
