Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Software Support Engineer. The role involves providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting software-related issues, and assisting in software installation and configuration. The Software Support Engineer will diagnose and debug technical problems while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and offering guidance to users on software-related queries.


Qualifications

  • Experience with Software Support and proficiency in troubleshooting software-related issues.
  • Technical Support skills, including diagnosing and resolving system and software issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of Software Development processes and principles.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to address client concerns and maintain satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical abilities, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in the retail software domain is an added advantage.
