Software Specialist

PTC is seeking a hands-on Java Engineer to design and build secure, scalable components of Windchill, working with a global engineering team on our SaaS platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain secure, high-quality server-side features.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement.
• Communicate design decisions, impacts, and trade-offs.
• Stay current with relevant Java and Windchill technologies.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors/Masters in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Java, J2EE, SQL, and server-side development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong in clean coding, unit testing, and debugging.
• Experience with CI/CD and Git.
