What you’ll achieve

As a Software Senior Engineer, you will create solutions, analyzing the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment to design technical system answers.

You will:

• Responsible for Product Roadmap, Requirements Alignment, Innovation/Patentable Idea/Product TTM

• Responsible to work with external partners and internal Dell technology, Services, marketing and engineering  teams to Define/Design/Architect products for Next Gen Client Platforms.

• Responsible for Development, Debugging and Enhance existing features and functionality in Windows OS based Diagnostics and Telemetry products. 

• Responsible for Agile based Development and its World Class Quality Metrics.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience work experience in design and development of Windows .NET Programming in C# and C++, WPF, MFC, WMI, Win32 APIs.  

• Hands-on experience in  Design and Development of Platform Software in the areas of onboard device Firmware/Driver, Platform SW Management, Networking, Reliability, Diagnostics, Telemetry based products.

• Good knowledge of PC architecture, Intel/AMD processor architecture(x64) and ARM based ARM64 Architecture, chipset programming, Industry standards that affect UEFI and busses common to Client Platforms.

• Problem Solving & Debugging – WinDbg skills.

Desirable Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a master’s degree;
