Role Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth for our software products at life science manufacturing sites including pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, cell and gene therapy, fill-finish, and medical device organizationsacross India. The position combines new client prospecting and acquisition with nurturing long-term business partnerships, utilizing sales systems for progress tracking, and ensuring achievement of measurable revenue objectives. Collaboration with Quality Assurance team, Validation SME/Leads is required to effectively demonstrate the value that our PQMS software can offer. Success in this role depends on maintaining an energetic, self-motivated approach, prioritizing client focused solutions-driven outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage QA/Validation directors/managers/leads to generate opportunities, expand brand awareness, and grow market share. Explain how PQMS suite goes beyond paper on glass.
  • Actively follow up on sales opportunities through phone, social media and email
  • Conduct customer contact at the client location and virtually. Prepare and lead engaging and informative technical presentations.
  • Setup product demos. Engage with customers to answer their questions
  • Attend industry conferences and trade events.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Ideally 5+ years experience in sales activities, preferably to Pharma manufacturing sites.
  • Able to work with little supervision and communicate plans and outcomes effectively
  • An extrovert comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
  • Be based in Chennai and travel nationwide to the manufacturing sites
