NOTE: We are looking for immediate joiners and candidates from Bangalore as the interview will be F2F.

Job description:

1. 5+ years of experience in software/product testing

2. Proven hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered testing platforms or in building AI-assisted test frameworks.

3.Proficiency in automation scripting using Python, JavaScript, Java, or equivalent languages.

4. Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including TDD (Test-Driven Development), BDD (Behavior-Driven Development), and risk-based testing.

5. Practical experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, and AI-enhanced QA solutions (e.g., Testim, Applitools, Mabl).

6. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with active participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

8. Analyze test outcomes, identify root causes, and drive continuous quality improvements.

9. Ensure product quality through performance, usability, regression, and exploratory testing using AI techniques.

11. Implement and integrate AI-driven testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Applitools, Functionize) into CI/CD pipelines.
