Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve formal QA processes, using industry best practices.
• Perform all types of testing: functional, non-functional, regression, security, and integration testing.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure test coverage for critical business functions.
• Set up environments and mock-up data to perform accurate and complete testing.
• Work with the project team to translate requirements into test cases to ensure complete coverage.
• Report on test results, including analyzing test data, documenting findings, and reporting on findings.
• Provide feedback to ensure a final product meets Applier's quality standards
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Porvar, or other relevant automation tools. Continuously explore opportunities to improve test automation coverage and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8+ years QA Experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years experience performing QA duties in Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Non-Profit Cloud
• Experience with Copado DevOps Platform
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience using test automation tools.
