Position Overview: 

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer in our Global Capability Center (GCC) team in Hyderabad, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality standards for next-generation AGV and AMR solutions. This is not just about testing—it’s about building a world-class quality assurance capability that ensures our Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) systems perform flawlessly in real-world environments. 

In this position, you will: 

• Apply to the software development  and quality assurance process.  

• Work with cutting-edge technologies like Python, Robot Framework, Azure Cloud, and CI/CD pipelines. 

• Collaborate within the GCC team in Hyderabad and the SQA community and platform team in Mölndal, Sweden, to align on best practices and drive innovation. 

• Gain deep domain knowledge in AGV/AMR systems and the NDC system, while contributing to the evolution of our Automatic Regression Test (ART) framework. 

• Be an influencer in ensuring that every product we deliver meets the highest standards of reliability, scalability, and performance.

What does success look like in this position:  

• A well-defined and executed test strategy that ensures product reliability and performance.  

• Strong collaboration and alignment with the global SQA community and development teams.  

• Effective implementation of test automation across test cases, integration, and delivery pipelines.  

• Comprehensive API, web, and cloud application testing integrated into CI/CD workflows.  

• Continuous improvement of testing processes and proactive identification of quality risks. 

To achieve the mission and success of this position, we believe you already have:  

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.  

• Strong expertise in test planning, test case management, and test automation.  

• Experience in API testing and web/cloud application testing.  

• Good knowledge of Git and branching strategies.  

• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.  

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset. 

We find it beneficial if you have:  

• Hands-on experience with Python, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) , Robot Framework, and Selenium for automation.  

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.  

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure), containerization (Docker), and virtualization (VMWare).  

• Experience with Postman, JMeter, and SQL for API and performance testing.  

• ISTQB certification or equivalent.  

• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies and domain knowledge.
