Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Programmer at our headquarters in Bengaluru. The Software Programmer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software systems, including back-end web development and programming tasks. The role involves implementing object-oriented programming principles, analyzing system requirements, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring efficient and scalable code. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements and deliver solutions will be an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals
- Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Proficiency in Programming, including hands-on experience with coding and debugging
- In-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and practices
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is beneficial
- Problem-solving skills, ability to work in teams, and a detail-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with AI, HR Tech, or SaaS platforms is an added advantage
