Role Description

Capable of drivign Produt Roadmap, Delivery and Customer enagement achieve success in Product Design, Development, Delivery and Support Management role who will be the priary contact froom Team and customer perspective as Product Manager.

Mandatory Skills:

-Extreemely quck understanding of Product functionality in HR and Staffing indfustry

-Ability to develop and drive implementation of Product Roadmap, Development and delivery process

-Prior experience in the tech or HR-tech industry is a plus.

-Capable of understand the products i the industry, future needs to degine Roadmap and Architecture

- Ability to develop SDLC processes, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance, Delivery and SUpport process and enforce the same across Teams

Educations and Experience:

• An Engineering or MBA witih software specializaitoon
• 5 to 8 years expeirence from Development to Product Design
