Software Product Management

At Kotak Mahindra Bank, we aim to transform banking through technology-driven solutions. We are looking for a Software Product Manager with 5–9 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise or internet-scale tools. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in investment products and financial markets, with prior experience in building journeys for offerings like mutual funds, ETFs, SIPs, and retirement products. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, market insight, and leadership to drive product success.

Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad / Gurgaon
Experience: 5–9 Years
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

• Strategic Planning: Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in banking and fintech.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Feature Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and create detailed requirements.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead engineering, design, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Performance Metrics: Define KPIs and monitor product performance for continuous improvement.
• User Experience: Ensure intuitive and efficient tools tailored to banking and fintech needs.
• Compliance & Security: Adhere to regulatory and security standards (SEBI, RBI, MiFID).
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain communication with senior management and gather feedback for enhancements.
