Job Profile:-

Job Description-

Strategic Leadership & Road mapping: Define and execute a long-term software strategy aligned with the company's "Innovation Master Plan". This includes identifying emerging technologiessuch as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)that can drive product differentiation.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management: Complete responsibility of end-to-end design, development and delivery of embedded software, firmware, mobile applications, IoT Platform, service dashboard for home appliances from concept to production readiness.

System Integration: Ensure seamless coordination between software, electronics (PCB design), and mechanical hardware to maintain product reliability and performance.

Digital Transformation: Manage the transition of traditional appliances to IoT enabled "smart" devices, overseeing cloud integration, connectivity protocols (BLE, Wi-Fi), and data security.

Regulatory & Quality Standards: Ensure all software solutions meet global safety, energy efficiency, and cybersecurity requirements.

Team & Talent Management: Lead, mentor, and build high-performing multidisciplinary team, including software engineers, UI/UX designers, and QA specialist.

Requisite Qualification:-

Essential- B.E/B.Tech. (Electronics/Computer Science)

Preferred- M.Tech. (Electronics/Computer Science)

Requisite Experience:-

Essential- 15 - 18 years experience in embedded and IoT software design with at least 5 years in a leadership role within consumer electronics or high-volume manufacturing.

Special Skills Required:-

Deep knowledge of current and emerging IoT technology stack Knowledge & experience of - Embedded Systems (C/C++, RTOS), Products cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) - IoT Protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus (RTU/TCP), CoAP, AMQP) - Controllers (PIC, ARM, Atmel, Atmega) - Software protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, RS232, CAN basic, GSM & GPS, Bluetooth, ADC, PWM Wi-Fi) - Modern methodologies like Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD, MQTT and Matter protocols, Cloud Architecture and Cybersecurity, Smartphone apps.
