Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida sec 142, for a Software Implementer & Client Support professional. The responsibilities include implementing software solutions for clients, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, guiding clients through the functionality and usage of the software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance software performance. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships through proactive communication and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing their technical concerns.

• Proficiency in software implementation, troubleshooting, and client support
• Strong understanding of software applications and ability to train end-users
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation
• Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to address technical challenges
• Relevant academic qualifications in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• Experience with issue tracking tools and customer support platforms is an advantage
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment and meet project deadlines

Experience must be between 1 to 2 years (no more than 2 years).

Required Qualification: MCA, MTech, B.Tech

One should qualify following process to get enroll:

• Objective and Subjective Type Written (15 to 20 Questions, 15-20 Minutes)
• F2F Technical HR Round.
• Candidates will be finalized when he/she will successfully qualify all rounds.
