Role Description
Key component of this role is to implement and configure company software application on customer server environment. Provide after sales support to clients. Support sales team for solution demo and set up POC. This role is based in India with some travel due to project implementation.
Potential candidate will have a minimum of 3 years industry experience in the required role.
Ideal Candidate will have the following:
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience in implementing and configuring software application in the MS IIS environment
- Expertise in configuring MS SQL Database
- Hands on experience in installation of application in Azure/AWS environment will be an added advantage.
- Expertise in Virtualization.
- Expertise in configuring Active Directory, SSO, Office 365, MS Exchange & Google Workspace
- Expertise in MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Webex operation.
- Expertise in firewall and cyber security configuration
- A degree in computer science or computer engineering with 3-5 years on the job experience is essential to apply for this position.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
