Hiring: Software Engineer (Developer + Mentor Role)
Location: Chandigarh Onsite University Deployment
Client: BridgeLabz Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Hiring as an External Recruitment Partner
We are looking for 13 YOE Software Engineers who can code well and mentor engineering students while staying hands-on with real development projects.
Required Skills- Strong Core Java (Mandatory)
- Experience in any frontend or backend tech (Java/Python/JS/Go/C#/C++ etc.)
- Good understanding of Web Architecture & SQL
- Solid debugging & problem-solving
- Excellent communication & mentoring ability
- Mentor 3rd & 4th year engineering students
- Teach concepts, solve coding challenges, and guide projects
- Work on BridgeLabz in-house development projects
- Full-time onsite role (MonFri, 9 AM6 PM)
- Experience: 13 years
- Salary: 4 5.5 LPA
- Type: Permanent
- Interview: Online Round Final F2F (Mandatory)
- Joining: Immediate to 30 days
