Job Title: Senior Performance Test Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad / Hyderabad
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to ensure the scalability, stability, and responsiveness of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in performance engineering, strong scripting skills, and hands-on experience working in cloud and distributed environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute performance test strategies covering load, stress, and endurance scenarios
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter
- Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams on fixes
- Monitor application performance using APM tools such as Grafana or Datadog
- Support capacity planning and production performance monitoring
- Document test results, insights, and optimization recommendations
- Lead and mentor performance QA team members and interact with stakeholders
Required Skills
- 812 years of performance testing experience
- Strong expertise in JMeter scripting (Java/Groovy/BeanShell)
- Knowledge of REST APIs, web performance, Agile delivery models
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Retail domain performance testing experience preferred
