Software Engineer-Java & React.Js

About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and hands-on Full Stack Engineers with 410 years of experience to design, build, and scale modern web applications. You will be working across the stack from crafting robust backend services in Java/Spring Boot to building seamless, responsive user interfaces in React.js and delivering cutting-edge Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build dynamic, responsive, and high-performance front-end applications using React.js.
• Implement Progressive Web App (PWA) features for offline capability, push notifications, and app-like performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through best practices, testing, and reviews.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 410 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with React.js for building modern web applications.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance tuning and large-scale distributed systems.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
• Contributions to open-source projects or strong GitHub portfolio.
